Mail Assistant is not built around sending your entire mailbox somewhere else. We pass data only to services that are necessary for a specific function, and only within the scope of that action. Email processing itself runs on our infrastructure.
When you ask for an email summary, a reply draft, or a voice message transcription, we send the relevant content of that specific action to the OpenAI API.
Typically this means the email text, its subject and sender, and possibly your instruction or voice message. We do not send your whole mailbox as one dataset.
For communication with the bot, we chose Telegram mainly for practical and technical reasons. It has a solid integration interface, which lets Mail Assistant stay fast and simple to use without complex setup.
In our solution, Telegram acts as a channel for notifications and control. It does not have access to the whole email mailbox; it works only with what the user chooses to display or send. All email processing runs on our infrastructure.
We understand that Telegram raises questions. We do not treat it as a platform without trade-offs; similar compromises exist in different forms across commonly used services. We also understand that the choice of communication platform matters to some users, and we do not rule out adding more options in the future.
Mail Assistant is a new feature we are testing with our first users. Access is opening gradually and is completely free for now. In the future it will become part of upgraded email mailboxes.

No. AI is included in the Mail Assistant service, you do not need any additional account or subscription.
Yes. Mail Assistant works with any email mailbox on Blueboard hosting, including your own domain.
No. We use external cloud AI models only when Mail Assistant needs to transcribe a voice message or prepare a reply. It is not blanket processing of the entire mailbox.
Of course. Mail Assistant can be activated or deactivated with one click in the admin panel.
Yes. AI understands and replies in most world languages, including Czech, German, or Slovak.
Mail Assistant is currently in early access and free for existing Blueboard customers. Once early access ends, it will become part of premium email mailboxes. We will announce the exact pricing well in advance and early access customers will be the first to know.
