Easy setup on a domain

You can activate application hosting with one click for any domain on your hosting, and it will be ready within a few minutes. You can switch the domain back to PHP hosting at any time.

How it works

1. Activate the add-on

Enable application hosting in the admin for your existing web hosting for CZK 199 excl. VAT per month. The add-on is activated for the entire hosting account.

2. Deploy the application

Upload the app via Git, install dependencies using npm or pip, and start the process via pm2.

3. Switch the domain

Switch the selected domain from PHP mode to Application hosting. The domain will connect to the running app using the chosen port. The domain’s SSL certificate works here as well.

However, it’s no problem to arrange specialized images as well, which may include, for example, ElasticSearch or Redis.

FAQ

Where do I activate the service?

Application hosting is an add-on to standard hosting. As soon as you have hosting with us, you can activate Application hosting directly in the hosting administration. If you don’t have hosting with us yet, you can order it in just a few minutes. You can try both standard hosting and Application hosting for 14 days free of charge.

Can multiple applications run on one hosting account?

Yes, since standard hosting offers up to 10 domains with different content, you can run Application hosting separately on each domain and place different applications there, which you can then map using different ports.

Can other domains keep running in PHP?

Yes. Application hosting is activated for the entire hosting account, but the mode is set per domain. One domain can run as an application and other domains on the same hosting can remain in PHP mode.

Can I host an application created using AI with this?

Yes, if it’s a Node.js or Python app that can be started via pm2 and serves HTTP traffic on the domain.

How much does it cost?

Application hosting costs CZK 199 excl. VAT per month as an add-on to web hosting. The entire solution including hosting therefore costs CZK 298 excl. VAT per month

What if I’m not sure whether it’s suitable for my application?

Write to us via contact. We’ll look at the application requirements and recommend a suitable way to run it. Or simply order hosting and application hosting and don’t pay anything yet. You have 14 days to try it and then you can decide that you don’t want the product.
