You can log in to the admin in two ways:
- with a username and password
- with a passkey.
A) Username and password
We send your login details by email when the service is activated.
If you forget your password, click the Forgotten password link on the login page. Enter any domain associated with your account and follow the instructions we send you.
B) Passkey
A passkey replaces a password. You confirm the login similarly to unlocking your phone: with a fingerprint, face recognition, or your device PIN. You don’t need to remember any additional password.
The key is securely stored on your device or in your password manager. It only works for our website, so it also protects you from fraudulent sites that try to trick you into revealing login details. Your device does not send us your fingerprint or face data.
Set up your key in Administration → Manager → Passkeys
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
For now, password login can be supplemented with a verification code via SMS. We no longer support authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator.
We recommend switching to a passkey. It’s more secure than a password supplemented with SMS, and logging in is simpler. We plan to phase out SMS verification over time.
