No. AI is included in the Mailbot service, you do not need any additional account or subscription.
Yes. Mailbot works with any email mailbox on Blueboard hosting, including your own domain.
No. We use external cloud AI models only when Mailbot needs to transcribe a voice message or prepare a reply. It is not blanket processing of the entire mailbox.
Of course. Mailbot can be activated or deactivated with one click in the admin panel.
Yes. AI understands and replies in most world languages, including Czech, German, or Slovak.
Mailbot is currently in early access and free for existing Blueboard customers. Once early access ends, it will become part of premium email mailboxes. We will announce the exact pricing well in advance and early access customers will be the first to know.
