It's possible that you have TortoiseGit set up incorrectly. Try this:

1. Right click → TortoiseGit → Settings → Network
2. SSH client pointing to C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin\TortoisePlink.exe
3. Change the path to C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin\ssh.exe
