Changing the owner or holder of a domain can always be done only with the consent of the original owner.
If you have a domain with Blueboard.cz Hosting, you can make the change directly in the Administration, where you can fill in the new owner's data in the form (Administration → My domains → click on the domain → Change button for the domain holder).
An email will then be sent to the email address of the original and new owner, which must be confirmed. By confirming, the change is made.
If the original owner no longer has access to the email, the change can be made by notary signature. Again, fill in the new owner's details in the form in Administration and select notarized signature as the confirmation method. Documents will then be sent to the new owner's email address and will need to be printed, signed and sent to the designated address of our registrar.
For Blueboard.cz Hosting, the change is made based on an Authorized Request from the Administration. Write us the details of the new owner and we will request the change.
